What is an Enrolled Agent?
Enrolled Agents (EA) are certified tax experts. EAs are federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in all things related to taxes.
What’s the difference between an Enrolled Agent and a CPA?
CPAs are state-licensed accountants that advise clients on financial and tax matters and create financial reports. They may or may not choose to specialize in taxes. An Enrolled Agent, on the other hand, is a federally licensed tax practitioner who specializes in taxation.
Can I work with Quill Financial Services if I’m not located in Utah?
Yes! We service clients in all 50 states and are able to meet remotely or in person to discuss your tax needs.
